About the event
Gather your friends and enjoy a morning playing with clay during one of our Muddy Pots clay hand-building workshops.
Begin with a piece of clay and create a tiger face ‘Derpy’ style or choose from our other animal faces. Your workshop host will guide you through each step.
Your pottery will be ready to paint approximately three weeks later after being professionally fired in our kiln.
Just book a session with us to come back in to paint your face with our specialist underglazes for an additional £5 per person or if you prefer you can paint at home with acrylic paints or we can simply fire your pieces to a white glaze.
The clay session includes squash and biscuits.

Muddy pots - Animal face
Clay only - includes one session hand building on specified date and firing your piece to bisque. (You can paint your face at home or choose to have it fired to a glossy white finish). Clay & Painting - includes two sessions. One hand building session on the specified date and a second session (to be be arranged for three weeks later) to paint using our specialist underglazes. This option also includes a second firing to make your clay piece strong and glossy!
